How do I get more information on Pure Green Designs?

-Call us at 281-436-5355 we would be more than happy to give you some insight into our upcoming projects  as well as provide you with more information. The current builder we are promoting is Innovative Cement Homes. You can also contact us or email us.

How does your homes and buildings compare to other builders?

-Our concept is to build homes and buildings that last a lifetime worry free. We provide a the highest warranty in the home building industry to ensure your piece of mind.  Every builder and developer we work with puts a Green, Environmentally Friendly focus on every project.  Via Energy Wise, your monthly electric bill is guaranteed (hundreds less than traditional homes).

How is the strength compared to traditional construction? 

-The concepts the builders use to build your Pure Green Home is much stronger than traditional built "stick" homes.  Due to the severely increased wind ratings the homes our virtually "hurricane proof". With windows and other factors, it is impossible to say that any home or structure is truly impervious to a hurricane.  However, you will have tremendous confidence in your home whenever the next hurricane IKE strikes metro Houston.

Why doesn't ... ?

Why doesn't Pure Green Design Homes build in more neighborhoods? 

- One of our primary concepts is location and we are in the process of choosing additional neighborhoods and developers. Our lots are chosen with energy efficiency and natural resource protection in mind.  We prefer to work only with developers who believe in protecting our natural resources.     Throughout the coming years we will expand to several additonal neighborhood and communties in Houston in order to meet the demand for Green, Environmentally Conscience, and Suistainable Construction in Houston Texas.

Who is Pure Green Design homes?

-We are the marketing and consulting arm for Houston Builders and developers interested in building environmentally conscience, green homes. The individuals building and designing your home have an extensive background in their various crafts.  We also have a diverse design and marketing team to ensure you home gets built to the highest quality standards.   We have all come together to provide a more fulfilling green construction project. 

Who is going to be building my home?

Various builders who have a focus on building environmentally conscience green construction. Pure Green will assist in ensuring the utmost quality standards are met.  In fact the entire Pure Green Design team will assist throughout the process from initial planning until long after completion to ensure your total satisfaction.

What is the Terra Firma Element concept?

-The Terra Firma Element concept is a four part concept that is much more than just green construction, it is sensible construction.  We know that our clients demand much more that just the efficiency of a green home.  The Terra Firma Element concept encompasses the four cornerstone of our building philosophy: Location, Livability, Sensible, and Strength.  

What services do you provide ... ?

-Our number one focus is promoting Green Construction and Environmentally Conscience Projects.  We provide many services in addition to a standard real estate firm or Realtor would.  In addition to using cutting edge technology, the Pure Green Team uses age old practices to market every project.  We provide full/part time LEED Liaisons and sales staff as needed for your project.

What is LEED and should my project or development be concerned with being LEED certified?

-Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. Green Building Rating System, developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), provides a suite of standards for environmentally sustainable construction.  We are able to work hand and hand with LEED to ensure your project meets LEED criteria.  Mayor White has challenged Houston to be a much more Green City.  We will be happy to assist Houston in meeting the challenge of building and developing more green construction in Metro Houston.

Where is ... ?

Where do we build?

-We are building and consulting throughout the city of Houston. We work with LEED to ensure environmentally projects get completed. Our current project in Benders Landing is built by Innovative Cement Home, and listed exclusively by Van Joslin Real Estate.  We are excited about our future endevours with ICH to build several more homes and commuties in Metro Houston.  All homes will be built to with ICH homes core beliefs of: Quality, Healthy, Energy.  Contact us to see addtional house plans and more inforation on the EnergyWise electric gaurentee.
