Location:  We build homes in the most desirable locations.   We assist in selecting properties that embody the Terra Firma Element concept.  Our concept focuses on locations that our close to major employment areas and recreation centers. Locations that help overall efficiency as well as quality of life.  Imperative with location, is the actual site location.  In order to maintain strict efficiency standards we chose sites that allow for maximum energy efficiency
